lol so i want chili or spagetti but i vegetarian
i have morning star sausage
ragu sauce
beans (black and kidney)
mushrooms
tomatoes
tomatoe paste if needed
and i could add noodles!.!.!.and anyother veggie i wanted!.!.
if i cook this like normal spagetti will it work !?
would it be healthy!?

that should be fine!. Saute some onions first in a little oil to give everything flavor and texture and if you add the morning star and brown in, you won't even tell it is not meat!. I would use kidney beans in this dish!. yes, you need the tomato paste!.!.!. the entire thing mixed with a cup to a cup and a half of water!.!.!.!. skip the tomatoes!. don't need them if using the paste!.

i'm against red sauce, so i would ditch that sauce to begin with!.
use either primavera or different cultural seasonings!.
italian: olive oil, oregano, basil, little seasalt to taste, cheese
asian: sesame oil, garlic, sriracha - if you like spicy, soy sauce, little sugar, green onion
curry: there'a great curry that you can get at an asian market, throw some of that meat, potatoes, onion and walah!
greek/healthy: add cucumbers, olive oil, lemon, seasalt!.

Sounds wonderful!. We cook vegetable spaghetti all the time!. We saute different kinds of vegetables, then add the sauce and serve over spaghetti!. It would be healthiest if it's over whole wheat pasta!. Then with the beans, you'd have a complete protein!. Enjoy your meal!Www@FoodAQ@Com

its very healthy! I don't know about the ragu sauce sometimes they contain regular chhese components!. I use the tomatoe paste

Cook it up like you would 'normal' spaghetti!. Dice up the morning star sausage and fry them up a little, then add to the spaghetti and enjoy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
