Vegetarian lasgne, no soy products?!

Question: Vegetarian lasgne, no soy products!?
I know there are tons of recipes out there and I've looked at some online already!. Can anyone recommend a vegetarian lasagne that you have tried that does not have any soy type substance in it and obviously no meat, that tastes good!. Basically no tofu or veggie shreds or that sort of thing!. Dairy is fine!. I'm not a vegetarian but I can't eat anything with soy in it and my parents are coming and my dad has gout and to limit his meat intake so I'm researching vegetarian stuff!. I'm trying to plan a dinner menu for that week!. thanks Www@FoodAQ@Com

I typically add more spinach and I used fresh rather than frozen!. I also did about half the amount of rosemary it calls for and added some fresh basil!. Broccoli, spinach and/or zucchini, are good veggie choices for lasagne!.!.!.and peas too!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
