Yay! A fellow vegan!
If you're living in Australia (which I am), I'm sure you'll have heard of Sweet Williams chocolates!. You can find them in the health food section (yes, I know) of pretty much any grocery store!.
Lindt's dark chocolate, ALWAYS!
The endangered species range has one of the best tasting dark chocolates I've ever had! I found them in the store The Chocolate Box; but if you look online I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find other stores!.
Have fun!

Here's a piece on fair trade and organic chocolates (as well as the child labor and slavery of most chocolates):

Most dark chocolates are vegan but there are several that are certified vegan and one that tries to approximate milk chocolate with rice milk!. It's okay, I've tried it and maybe if I were to get used to it then it'd be fine but I prefer dark chocolate anyway with my favorite (best flavor) being Alter-Eco which isn't written about in the article above!.

Endangered Species and Equal Exchange make some pretty good chocolate bars!.
For fancier chocolates, check out Rose City Chocolatier!. I don't know if they're fair trade, but you can certainly check it out!.
If you live in the U!.S!., check out Pangea (www!.veganstore!.com)!. They have boxed chocolates and truffles, but I can't recall the brand offhand!. In addition to vegan products, they search for products that are fair to the humans who make them as well!. I've tried the rice milk bars, and I don't particualrly care for them!. Wonder if a soy milk bar would be good!.!.!.
The Lindt dark chocolate products in the U!.S!. all have milk; I've checked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
