Good sandwich or pasta recipes?!
My usual meal consists of either pasta or a sandwich, so I'd love some more pasta sauce ideas, or sandwich ideas :) Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just made a Tofurky roll-wrap-thingy that was soooo good!.
Take a large flour tortilla and smear it with vegan or regular cream cheese!. Layer some baby spinach, really thin tomato slices, and grated carrots!. Then layer a few pieces of Tofurky Hickory Slices or other fake meat of your choice!. Roll the tortilla and filling up super-tight!. If the end isn't sticking, smear some extra vegan or regular cream cheese and stick the loose tortilla flap on!. Et voila!!
Another awesome sandwich is hummus, cucumber slices, avocado slices, fresh ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper if you like spicy!.
Sesame Noodles
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce (I usually add more)
2 T tahini (I usually add more)
2 T sesame oil (I usually add more)
1/4 tsp or 2 pinches cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp or 2 pinches ground ginger or 1" piece ginger root, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound cappellini (angel hair pasta)
3 green onions, sliced thin, ends trimmed
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes for garnish
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, tahini, sesame oil, cayenne, ginger, and minced garlic until smooth, set aside!. Cook pasta according to package directions and then drain in a colander and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process!. Give the noodles a few good strong shakes to get the water out!. Pour noodles into a large bowl and toss with soy sesame sauce until well-coated!. Stir in carrots and green onions!. Serve sesame noodles with some sesame seeds and red pepper flakes and enjoy!.

one pasta recipe i love and have gotten rave reviews for !.!.!.!. you can guess about how much of each you need:
bowtie pasta
jar of roasted red peppers ( slice into smaller pieces)
2 jars (smaller size) 1 bigger of marinated artichoke hearts (drain, slice into smaller chunks)
toasted silvered almonds
fresh shredded parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
it is amazing the flavor that comes out of this pasta!.!.!. its like a delicious circus in your mouth!.
My favorite vegetarian sandwich: The veggie BLT
toast your bread of choice
slice your tomatoes
clean your lettece!.!.!.
and toast a fake bacon like Morningstar bacon strips
I use veganaise instead of mayo!.!.!.!.!.!.
