There are all kinds of sauces out there!. Pesto sauce is great if you like garlic!. Soy is good used sparingly because it is salty!. Butter and parm!. cheese is also tasty!. Even a nice olive oil!. Mushroom are indeed a veggie although they have a meaty texture!. Use your imagination!. Just about anything goes good on pasta!. Now I'm hungry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that's not a vegetarian dish, sorry!.

you have read the ingredients of noodles in general and what soy sauce has in it!?

the only thing veggie here is the mushrooms!.

canned tomatoes and it's paste has additives that are derived from pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That sounds yummy - I am allergic to tomato so this is a fave option of mine, and yes Mushrooms are very Veggie!

You can also use simply olive oil, minced garlic parsley salt and pepper for a quick tasty veg sauce!.

Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mushrooms are not vegetables!. They are fungi!. Vegetarians eat them!.

Try your pasta with stir fried vegetables!. You will be full and happy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
