What are some foods that a vegitarian/vegan can eat ?!
i kno all the the foods that i cant/dont wanna eat
but i need to kno all the foods that dont contain any animal products because sumtimes i eat foods that i dindt even kno had animal products in it
and im running out of things to eat because i dont like eating the same thinsg everyday
and my mom said i need to make sure i get all of my nutrition that i need
ive been a vegitarian for allmost 2 years now and i have tried several times to become completly vegan but it never works out for verry long

i can tell you somehtings you may not have even considered as well
1!. NO JELL-O (ground up pig marrow, hoves and bone is what causes the gelatin to gel
2!. NO marshmallows
3!. if you can't pronounce the word stay away
4!. nothing manufactured by "proctor and gamble" (they are huge when it comes to using animal by products and testing on animals)
5!. glycerine soaps only (regular soap contains tallow which comes from rendering animal fat)

Pasta, spaghetti, rice, fries, some pizzas, onion rings, waffles, pancakes, breakfast cereal, eggs of many varieties, cheese, sandwiches, bagels, potato chips, yogurts, fanjitas, tacos, there's a great many Mexican and Italian dishes
There's chocolate of many kinds, though some are unsuitable, same with sodas
Vegetables and fruit obviously
You can also get fake meats like Torfky

Spicy fried tofu and long beans it is my personal fave when eating Asian fare!. Baked acorn squash stuffed with wild rice and dried cranberries is a yummy meal you can make at home but you might need to find a protein source such as walnuts in order to make it a complete meal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
