What can i do to stay a dedicated vegitarian???? and to motivate myself to become vegan ?!

Question: What can i do to stay a dedicated vegitarian!?!?!?!? and to motivate myself to become vegan !?
i have been a vegitarian for allmost 2 years now but lately i have been wanting to just forget about it and go back to eating whatever
because its really hard when my mom cooks dinner and then i have to fix myself sumthing else to eat (because im only 16 and nobody else in my house is a vegetarian)
or when i go out and i just wanna order what everybody else is having

and i also really want to become fully vegan and ive tried several times but for some reason it just never works out !?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hey, i'm a vegitarian, the only one in my family as well!.

You need to try and remember why you became a vegitarian in the first place and if those reasons still apply, you should be fine!.

I get cravings sometimes to eat what i used to, maybe it's about willpower to stay on the path!. It's definitely hard, i miss a lot, but it's all worth it i think!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Please don't be too offended!. This is to help you seriously contemplate with an open mind from another point of view!.

Humans are predators!. Predators are carnivors!. I eat meat!. Variety is the best for me!. Yes, everything is cute and lovely in its own way!. Yes, I love to feed the cows and this and that, but as a flower dies eventually, this is life!. There is a severe population problem in this world!. Continuing the original order of things (being predators) is one way to help with this problem!. No matter what you eat, something is dying for you to consume!. That plant!. That cow!.

Again, please think about what I said, and not get severely offended!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

watch this video:

http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=VIjanhKqV!.!.!.

it's what made me switch from vegetarian to vegan!.!.!.overnight!.

This is the realty of factory farms!. It's sad and disgusting and it needs to be stopped!.

The images in this video never leave my mind and it would be impossible to forget the face of these poor animals and eat meat just because I'm feeling lazy!.

you can do it friend! if not for your own health, then for the health of the animals!.

Start by going commando and avoid wearing anything underneath your skirts!.
If you can keep that up for two months, you know that you will be able to hold out your own as a Vegan!.
Vegan ism is a conviction, a conscious decision to which one must cling against a wave of oppression!.
Not wearing underpants is a good way of testing you will power!.

just look at how healthy you are and how you feel, i have been a vegan and vegetarian over 50 years and i feel much healthier and got more energy and vim, my skin has improved and also other things have improved!. try and get your family to join you tell them to try it for a couple months and then they will notice the difference and then you are not on your own!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As you get older you will probably appreciate the pleasures of food more!. And of course being a vegetarian (and even more so a vegan) severely restricts the variety that is so important to the pleasures of food!.

1>> I became a Veg*n because it is a better nutritional diet!.

2>> Veg*n are healthier because the average Veg*n is lighter than the average meat eater in Britain!.

3>> I became a Veg*n because I was told about what happens to meat in the gut!. It stays there for ages and rots, getting infected with bacteria!.

4>> I became a Veg*n because I care about what I put into my body!. I don’t want to put chemicals in there, nor anything dead!. Plants are natural, so they can’t be harmful!. The more you prune and pluck, more branches and fruits it yields!.

5>> I became a Veg*n, because I want to live in a more natural way!.

6>> I became a Veg*n, because stock farming is not economically viable!. We could feed the Third World if everyone became a Veg*n!.

7>> I became a Veg*n because I don’t want to finance death!. I don’t mind wearing a woollen jumper, because they don’t kill the sheep to get the wool!.

8>> I became a Veg*n because I think that farming animals is cruel!. Politicians & Religious idols do not care for animals!. Current government subsidies do not cushion the animal welfare!. Most farmers do not care about the welfare of their animals; If do, it would become be too expensive for them to sell!.

9>> I became a Veg*n because crop farming is more efficient than stock farming!. 100 units of food energy fed to an animal become only 10 units of meat, so meat production is inefficient!.

10>> I don't want to eat anything that I wouldn't be prepared to kill myself, though leisurely!.

11>> I don't want to eat anything that I wouldn't be prepared to kill by myself, though leisurely!.

12>> I became a Veg*n because we don’t need meat to survive!.

13>> I became a Veg*n because I don’t want to shorten the dairy cow’s natural lifespan from 25 years to 11 years!.

14>> I became a Veg*n because that’s the way society is going!. Thousands of people every minute are becoming Vegetarian!. Killing and butchering will be regarded as taboo one day!.

15>> I became a Veg*n because I’m a biologist; I know how the ecosystem & biodiversity works!.

16>> I became a Veg*n because it is the future!. There is an annoying connection made by many people that the way things are going is necessarily good, and/or inevitable!. Perhaps the current trends are bad, and the future will not be as good as it could be!. Perhaps things are heading a certain way, but this does not mean that we are powerless to stop them, nor does it mean that we should not try!. This argument does not work either!. One has to supply actual reason for vegetarianism, and this is not a reason, it is just an excuse at best!.

17>> I became a Veg*n simply because my craving supersedes my love towards animals!.

18>> I became a Veg*n because many scientists, philosophers, environmentalists, humanitarians, spiritualists, thinkers and SICK PERSONS were/are abstained from meat!. Meat is absolutely not necessary to make smart and healthy!.

19>> AT LAST - THE REAL REASON PEOPLE BECOME VEG*N
Veg*sm is the new Puritanism!. This is my belief!. It is also one of my arguments towards veg*sm, and although it may at first seem a flippant argument, I believe that it is very powerful!. veg*sm is miserable!. It attacks one of life’s greatest and surest pleasures - enjoying good food and linger around the societal norm!. Anything which makes people less happy is bad!.

20>> I think these are good enough for YOU to feel better being a VEGAN !Www@FoodAQ@Com

think about how many animals you can save, your health will be better!.

Well find your true reason for becomeing vegetarian and think about it!.!.!. With that you should be just fine!.!.!. And to fight off meat cravings, find new recipes and try them (i mean stuff w/ tofu and all the mock meats)!.!.!. find your fav mock meat and vary it in meals!.!.!. with that you might not miss meat as much!.!.!.
as for not wanting to cook, just cook a bunch when you do (like soups and things you like that are easy to heat up)and then just heat them up on those days you don't want to cook!.!.!. that should help w/ that!.!.!.
This is all a matter of will power!.!.!.
I am a vegan and 15, and the only one in a metatarian family!.!.!. Its hard sometimes but only for the sweets like when my dad makes fudge or my parents bring home choco cake!.!.!.
Just search deep in yourself and find your reason!.!.!. Good luck :o)Www@FoodAQ@Com
