Easy recipes for school?!

Question: Easy recipes for school!?
I'm starting beauty school next month and I'll need to bring a lunch everyday seeing as there isn't really anything for me to eat besides pizza and I'll be there from 9AM-5:00PM!.My question is: are there any easy recipes that can be made the night of or that day and that can be microwave or eaten cold!. Thanks in advance Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can always make a sandwich the night before!. To keep it from getting soggy, spread margarine, peanut butter, or mayo on both sides of bread!. The oil in those keeps the fillings from getting the bread all mushy!.

I love making veggie sandwiches!.

Some fillings I love:
Cucumber, tomato, and vegenaise with dill!.
Hummus, cucumber, and avocado!.
Peanut butter and banana or kiwi or grated carrots!.
Vegan cream cheese with tofurky deli slices and veggies!.
Tofu "egg" salad!.

You can make almost anything and add mayo or eggless mayo and call it a "salad"!.

Pasta salad
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cool water to stop the cooking process!. Add some cut up or thawed frozen veggies!. Mix in some mayo or eggless mayo, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste!.

Bean Burritos are always great!. You can mix some black beans, salsa, and guacamole at home in a bowl!. Then take some tortillas and spread the filling on!. Roll up and eat!.

Try a carrot sandwich:

Carrot Sandwich Spread

1 stick oleo,softened
4 wholesome carrots,grated very fine(about 3/4c!.)
2T!.grated onion
2T!.minced green olives with pimento
Dash of white pepper

Mix all together and chill!.
This is best on thinly sliced pumpernickel bread!.I like Pepperidge Farm!.
It makes such pretty tea sandwiches!.People always think it's pimento cheese!.I sometimes add a little minced celery!. Enjoy the wholesome goodness!.
