What can I take to school for lunch?!

Question: What can I take to school for lunch!?
I'm starting beauty school next month and I'll need to bring a lunch everyday seeing as there isn't really anything for me to eat besides pizza and I'll be there from 9AM-5:00PM!.My question is: are there any easy recipes that can be made the night of or that day and that can be microwave or eaten cold!. Thanks in advanceWww@FoodAQ@Com

Why not buy a thermos so you can take a nice, hot lunch every day!. I pack one for my vegetarian daughter every day!. She likes curried rice and veggies, stir fry, veggie soup or stew, pasta with sauce, cous cous, ratatoulli (her favorite) grilled veggies, baked potato (I just cut it into chunks, and put it in the thermos with her favorite toppings) or you can take leftovers from your evening meal!. I usually pack her some fresh fruit, homemade bread and a salad to go with it!. A thermos will keep your lunch nice and hot for about 8 hours or more, if you get a good thermos (about 10 bucks) Just heat your food in the morning, put it in the thermos (preheat the thermos with hot water while you heat your food) and you should be all set!. Good luck with beauty school-can I get a haircut, please!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you go to Safeway, they have microwavable meals, but if you get those, I'd recommend putting it into a bowl or on a plate and THEN heating it up!. If you heat it up in the package, and you eat it, it causes cancer!. Another food: pasta!. Just cook the noodles and give 'em a dose of tomato sauce!. A webbie with great food advice:

i am just guessing randomly
you can buy it cold in local markets
tuna/ham/turkey sandwich, fried chicken, sushi, fish
maybe fruit, juice, or snacks for desertsWww@FoodAQ@Com

a good veggie salad is always good-
or try a simple avocado sandwich with mushrooms
