My store sells Galaxy Nutritional Foods and I use the mozzarella style shreds for pizza and grated parm flavor for pasta!. I have been off dairy for a year and have lost weight and look and feel great!. I think that if you use it in moderation - as with anything - you'll be fine!.

I buy whatever soy cheese is available!. I think the different brands of the sliced cheese taste about the same (I like jalapeno cheddar best)!. I don't usually buy soy yogurt (I like Greek yogurt best)!. Tofutti Cuties are wonderful little "ice cream" soy sandwiches though!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
