Is beef stock considered vegetarian or is it one of those "disputed" products?!
You know, disputed since it doesn't actually contain meat, but is made using meat products/bones!.

The only vegetarian flavor of ramen is mushroom!. My grocery store no longer sells mushroom ramen, for some reason, so what I do instead is buy any old flavor and mix it with a vegetarian soup base instead of the included flavor packet!. I use Lipton Mushroom and Onion soup mix!. I've also discovered that ramen noodles without any broth, mixed with vegetables and lots of onion salt, is an absolutely delicious and totally vegan meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Normal gravy granules are suitable for vegetarians but because beef stock is actually made using:
Salt, Wheat flour, Yeast (extract, autolysate), Flavor enhancers (621,
627), Maize Starch, Colour (Caramel III), Vegetable Oil, Flavorings
(including beef flavor), sugar, onion!.
most of the ingredients are suitable for vegetarians but it also includes beef flavoring(juice from actual beef) so i think you might want to try vegetable stock instead but if you do not mind the flavoring of beef then you can still use itWww@FoodAQ@Com

Beef stock is made by using animal flesh and/or bones by boiling in water!. Beef stock is not vegetarian, not by any stretch of the imagination!. You are a partial vegan, not a total vegan!. If you want to eat your Ramen noodles then eat them!. They are no worse for you than anything else you eat and if you don't want to eat red meat then get the chicken Ramen and no worries!. I used to eat no red meat at all just fish and chicken, but I also ate dairy!. It is just a healthier diet I was not trying to go vegan!. Eat what you like!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hopefully you can find 'artificial beef' and 'artificial chicken' flavoured ramen at your grocery next time!. A lot of brands use fake meat flavourings if you read them carefully - Pot Noodle, Master Choice, Mister Noodles!.!.!.

Don't worry, though, if it's real beef, making a veg broth will taste just as good!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, an animal had to die to make the beef stock, so I wouldn't call it vegan!. Eggs and milk are by products that don't kill the animal, so that's differrent!. No, you shouldn't eat the Ramen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
