okay!.!. i have only read a limited amount about this but search it on google!.

from what i know a fruitarian is someone who only eats RAW fruit and vegetables!.

ONLY!.

This is done purely for health reasons, BUT there are some extreme fruitarians who only eat fruit if it naturally drops off a tree and who think cooking vegetables is murdering themWww@FoodAQ@Com

You will suffer from malnutrition if you don't eat anything but fruit
there are no fruits that I am aware of that have protein and your body requires that for life so I don't recommend it
not only that but fruit has a lot of sugar although natural sugar is better for you that processed its still sugarWww@FoodAQ@Com

Fruitatarians eat: fruit, grains, beans peas and nuts!. If it has seeds it's a fruit: apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc!. The idea behind the diet is you do not injure or kill a plant by picking its fruit!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't think excluding vegetables is a good idea, but if I were to make it work, I would incorporate lots of veggies and whole grains and nuts into your diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I knew a fruitarian in college!. He ended up in the hospital with severe malnutrition, and it was almost a whole semester before he got out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
