It is very common for girls of your age and size to feel this way about their bodies!. It often leads to an eating disorder!.

What have you been eating as a vegetarian!?

Fruits and veggies!? If so, you most likely have an eating disorder and need to seek professional help!.
Fruits and vegetables are just part of a vegetarian diet, they do not make it up entirely!.

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentils, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12!.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended!.
