First choice is good ol' white basmati rice!. Nothing beats it's fragrance and nutiness!. It's perfect served with curry and interesting for fried rice!. Jasmine rice is a close second with most of the same facts being true for it as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Best flavor long grain that doesn't stick - Basmati (Tilda is a good brand)!. It is used in Indian and other south asian cusine!.

This is not the type of rice one would eat using chopsticks as it is difficult to 'hold' as it does not clump toghether well!.

For that look for short or medium grain Nishiki Brand or Calrose!. These are sticky and great for asian food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any type of organic brown rice is good!. It's healthier on account of being brown (whole grain) and organic (not treated with toxic pesticides)!. Lundberg makes a lot of high quality organic brown and also organic red and mixed rices!. You can find it in most health food stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
