I have never had one before, or cut one up so what do i do!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
Honeydew is not much different from a cantaloupe!.
You can slice it in half, scoop out the seeds (they're not as slimy as their orange cousin) and do with whatever you do with other melons!. (Use a baller or just coarsely slice it off the rind)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you search any cookbook or recipe website, I'm sure you'll find yummy ideas for a cold melon soup, served in its own melon-half "bowl"!. But of course, you could always just cut off the rind, cube the fruit, and have at it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
slice from 'pole to pole', about 1" thick in the center
this produces wedge shaped slices
trim off the rind and seeds if any
cut into wedge slices
eat!
