Hio!
Well there are a lot of tasty combinations which dont involve meat!. Here are some options:
1!. Spread Cheese with tomatoes (Just try it its simple and tasty)
2!. Something like a salad sandwhich where u can put lettuce, tomato, cheese, beetroot and some other vegetables
3!. You could have scrambled eggs with bread and if ur willing for another touch with some tomato just to gove it more flavour

Those are some acceptional ideas in my opinion
Hope I helped lol! ^-^

This might sound terrible, I used to make a salad of grated carrot, cucumber and beetroot then combine it with tahini, you can add fresh herbs to give it a bit more flavor or try one of the various types of nut-butters, like peanut or cashew, something with a little salt!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

pb&js are the BEST

they make soy lunch 'meat'!.
and it's decent, the 'bologna' is better than the 'turkey'!.

but lettuce, tomato, bean sprouts, mayo(or ranch), olives, pickles, cucumbers, etc etc!.

man that sounds good right now!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
