Answers:
Raw foods are foods that have not been heated above 104 and are unprocessed or very minimally!. It does include fermented products like vinegar, kefir (from raw milk), and cold fermented saurkraut!. Oil is raw however some oils are chemically extracted, look for cold pressed oils!.

Soy milk is not raw as the beans are boiled in making the milk and it is a very processed food!. You can make a good raw milk by grinding raw almonds soaked overnight in water and straining through several layers of cheese cloth!.

If you're going 75% you can easily fit soy milk into your diet, especially if you like it!. I like to make ice tea by putting 10-12 tea bags per gallon of water and adding enough stevia to sweeten (or leave it unsweetened)!. Just stick it in the fridge in a couple of hours voila, ice tea!.

Almond butter will say raw if it is, apparently if you want raw peanut butter you have to make your own!. The term "Natural" is meaningless and as of January this year the FDA still refuses to define it!. I'd go by the companies reputation as to whether you trust something is natural or not (for example Maranatha is probably trustworthy)!. Organic is strictly defined though and must conform to certain standards!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

- Olive Oil (Only if it is cold-pressed)
- Balsamic (Could be or could not be!.!.!. it's vinegar!.!.!. fermented!.!.!.)
- Soy milk (No, ANY kind of soy milk is not raw)
- Peant butter (No, peanut butter always uses roasted peanut butters!. Why not try raw almond butter for a change!?)

It seems to me that you are very young, inexperienced and are going into the raw diet uninformed!.!.!. that could be very dangerous!.!.!. You have to be VERY informed about nutrition if you want to go raw!.!.!. and you have to prepare your own dishes and ensure that you are getting in enough calories!.!.!. because it is very hard to maintain your weight on a raw diet, but it can be done!.!.!.

You can always try to strike a 50% raw/ 50% cooked balance more or less!.!.!. consume large quantities of raw vegetables, seeds, nuts and fruits throughout the day, but also have legumes, beans, lentils (which are not processed and VERY healthy for you)!.!.!. brown rice is OK too, less processed than bread!.!.!.
