What do you use for a non-dairy creamer in your coffee?!


Question: What do you use for a non-dairy creamer in your coffee!?
I'm trying to reduce my dairy intake (digestive health reasons) but I can't seem to get used to soy milk, is rice milk any better!? Any other non-dairy creamers!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

i drink espresso without milk!.!.!. so i wouldn't know

i love soy milk!. i used to hate it, but after like 2 weeks i got used to it!. i put it in my lattes and in my cereal!. trust me it's amazing!.

Have you tried Vanilla Soymilk or just plain!?

Many new soy drinkers don't like the plain kind and the vanilla is much more pleasant!.

also some health food shops specifically sell soy creamer which is a little thicker than soymilk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

rice milk is much better than soya milk but coconut milk is even better! Someone told me there is also almond milk but I haven't seen that one! I doubt if coffeemate be non-dairy I really don't think it is!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i like vanilla soymilk in my tea!. It tastes better with coffee and tea than the plain soymilk in my opinion!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
