I want to try going VEGAN! How can I do this?!

Question: I want to try going VEGAN! How can I do this!?
I've been a vegetarian for 2 years, and I want to try going vegan!.
I do eat fish though (please dont tell me im not a vegetarian if i eat fish)
Anyway, I know Alicia Silverstone is a vegan and she said she feels so great now that shes vegan!. And I wanna go for it this time!.
I love cheese though, but It's not like I can't live without it!. So I'm fine without cheese!. And I dont need milk either, i love soy milk, it taste great with cereal!. But is drinking organic milk not considered veganism!?
And i want to stop eating fish, i've been eating fish for yrs and I just want to stop eating it!. I know i need protein but theres pills and peanut butter for that, right!?
Just please tell me what I can and cannot eat if I want to go vegan!.
I see many recipes for vegans online and in book and they look so good!. But what about when I'm out in a resturant!? The only place I know that has a great veggie wrap sandwich is at Busch Gardens lol,
Just what do I need to cut out on my diet!? And what do I need to add to my diet!? I'm also not a big vegetable person at all, but do I need to start eating them!?
Just tell me everything I need to know!
Thanks, sorry if this was to long!. I just need lots of good info!.
I wanna be a healthy vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can do it!. I believe vegans feel much better!. I do and I've only been doing it a week!. I have a spring in my step, my swollen feet have disappeared, and I'm not peeing in the middle of the night, missing sleep!.
So, I recommend you try some tofu recipes, such as tofu "fetta" tofu "ricotta" tofu cottage cheese!. You can find the fetta and ricotta in the Skinny B***ch recipe book called Skinny B**ch in the Kitch!.
They are excellent and quick to make!. I make the fetta in one minute!.
Giving up fish is a good idea because it can have metals in it due to water pollution!.
Just have lots of salads, steamed veges, add tofu in to pasta dishes that you cook, and eat nuts, like walnuts or almonds!.

Hi Mrs Depp, I'm sorry to inform you but you are in no way a vegetarian!. A vegetarian will not eat any sentient being that is capable of feeling pain!. Last I knew, fish were not swimming vegetables!. It seems to me that you are going vegan because it's the latest fad!.!.!. No, any type of milk, organic or not, is still processed, pasteurized, homogenized, heated cow's breast-pus and is in no way considered vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ok so your a pescatarian!? Then you can't be a vegan bc obviously you can't eat ANYTHING dealing with animals

I got a thumbs down for having a smart remark!? That's pretty sad!. It's ok, 2 points!. TRY sure!.!.!. will you NO!. Do you even know what a pescatarian is!? Its someone who doesn't eat meat only fish, soWww@FoodAQ@Com

Substitute or dairy produce with soy and substitute all fish with soy sausages or tofu or even more mushrooms with fish sauce!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ugh, don't listen to them who are telling you you cannot do it!.
My mom is a vegetarian, she used to eat fish sometimes (not anymore), but only because she needed the protein!. And there's no way someone can tell my mom she isn't a vegetarian!.
So, you want to be vegan!? Go for it ! It's okay to try things, and if it doesn't work out, that's okay too because you'll still be a vegetarian!.
Vegan just means you can't eat anything that comes from an animal!.
Soy milk is a good substitute for milk, you can probably find some soy cheese, I bet!.
And if your protein and stuff get really low, just take like Flinstone vitamins or something ! Lol!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

One thing that vegans need to know is how to get complete protein with protein complementing!. When you combine the mostly incomplete protein in bread, cereals, pasta or rice (low in the essential amino acid lysine) with the mostly incomplete protein in beans, peas, lentils and nuts (low in the essential amino acid methionine) you get complete protein!.

Vitamin B12 and iron can be a problem as well and a web search for vegan + "health hazards" will give you further information!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
