Question: Eating almonds for 2 weeks--- no meat===!?
i ve been eating almonds/peanuts/walnuts/cashews natural plain (trail mix) and i dont feel like eating luch or dinner--- no meat
just almonds !.!.!.peanuts!.!.all kind of nuts!.!.!.
why is that!?!? i dont feel hungry at all---
i just take breakfast in the morning

dont worry---
ur getting all the nutrients from almonds !.!.etc!.!.
but try eating veggies/fruits /grains---
But ur missing some of nutrients proteins/fiber/

dry nuts have alot of calories that are probably giving you energy, however results are shown usually at long term!.

I don't eat much either, i love tea and green peppers and celery!. But i'm fine, i just can't do hardcore work out or anything that requires alot of calorie burnWww@FoodAQ@Com

there are a lot of people that dont eat meat!. the nuts have lots of protein, i would not worry so much about the meat part but you do need other nutrients from food, try some fruits and veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

are you depressed or have something stressful or bothersome in your life!? It could be a psychological or physical ailment!. I would talk to your doctor!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

nuts are quite nutritious so i guess they fill in your needs!.
but you do need a varied diet, don't base your diet on nuts only every day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
