I was thinking of becoming a raw vegan!. Can you answer these questions:
1!. What are the pros and cons of being one!?
2!. What are the types of foods that I can eat!?
3!. Will I lose weight if I do it!?


Oh and btw, I am already a strict vegetarian so please don't tell me I should start with vegetarianism!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

BTW thats a complete lie u cannot die from being a raw foodist!. u dont get anorexic thin u just keep a steady weight!. but u r thin if ur rawbut eat a lot of olives, coconut butters, nuts seeds, makes it so u dont get that thin u can put some weight on from those foods


im a raw foodist!. im 14!.

the pros r u have much more energy!.
eat fruits, veggies, nuts & seed

and if ur having problem being a raw vegan u can add in raw dairy products raw milk, raw cheese, raw eggs, etc!.

I do raw milk and raw eggs added to my raw food diet and it helped me more cuz u n eed b12 otherwise u can start having problems u think ur healthy as a vegetarian but u need b12 as in b12 shots or raw animal products!.

u will most certainly lose weight!. even if u think u r thin there is always some on u from all the cook food crap!. i was 11 when i started!. pretty thin like u couldnt find any fat on me except i did have a little muscle since i am very active!. but i still lost 5-10 lbs!. that i didnt even know i had to lose i was thin as a rail but than when u eat the raw milk u get it back!. but im not anorexic thin but still thin!. check out david wolfe books or rawvoultion!.

cooked food doesnt do anything 4 u!.

its a myth that u need it!. also its a myth that if u dont eat u will die!. since fasting and juice fasting is very healty!.

1!. The pros depend on what current state of health you are in, but improved digestion, circulation and energy are biggies!. The cons are: most recipes require specialty ingredients and specialty equipment, and they can be time consuming!.

2!. The types of foods you can eat are limitless!. There are raw versions of just about any kind of cuisine you can think of!. For dinner I'm having a portobella burger with sunflower seed cheese on onion bread, and some flax chips!.

3!. Whether you lose weight or not is entirely up to you!. Most people do lose quite a bit at first, but that is probably due to greatly improved elimination!. If you live on avocado sandwiches, banana ice cream with chocolate sauce, and Brazil nut burgers, you probably would not lose weight!. However, many people find themselves exercising more due to increased energy!. It depends on the individual!.

Pro: it's cheap, you save lots of money on electricty and gas, plus organic produce from a farmer's market is generally cheaper!.
Less time to prepare your meal!. u just eat right out of the fridge, or making a salad takes maybe five minutes!.
Con: Difficult to get ALL nutrients, iron is important in this case, so are all the b Vitamins

Anything that comes from the earth you can eat, vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, mushrooms, seeds!. As long as its cooked and doesnt come from an animal source!.
