Congratulations!!! What a great life choice for you!.!.!. and couldn't come at a better time - vegetarian week is next week! Check it out online for a free cookbook!.
Its all about balance, much the same as omnivores!. You'll obtain your dietary requirements through soy, nuts, legumes, etc and many different types of vegetables!. Mix as many types of vegetables as you can, whether cooked (try in a frypan or wok with a little bit of olive oil & garlic, roasted with rosemary/sage or steamed) or fresh in a salad!. Mix with nuts, cous cous, pasta, rice!. There are so many vegetarian options but the key is variety so keep trying and find things you like!
Some first-time vegetarians compensate the lack of meat with carbohydrates like bread & pasta to fill them up, but look up some vegetarian recipes for more interesting meals & mix up your veg-based diet! Research what vitamins are in your veges and this will help you balance your meals!.
Your exercise doesn't need to change, your body will be healthy though a balance in both diet & exercise!
Take a multi-vitamin or perhaps laxseed oil if you feel the need to, but all your nutrients should come from your veges - not a pill! Most meat-eaters take more pills than vegetarians!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You go Girl! You don't have to do much, what do all the herbivore animals take!? All the vitamins, minerals etc is in the raw foods!. The vitamin pill is the fruit and vegies!. So when you think that you need vitamins eat fruit!.
It's the meat eaters that have to worry!. For example milk is high in protein, it was intended to build a 30 kg animal into a 300 kg beast in a very quick time!. Put that milk in a human and problems wll occur!. Osteoporosis anyone!

Well one thing is make sure you eat lots of beans and/or eggs because you need that protein that meat has!. Try to have many differ ant foods each night like pasta and salad and try differant foods too that are new to you! In my opinion though being a vegetarian unhealthy because you need the meat but i'm not judging you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Good job on becoming a veggie! To stay healthy you'll need to take a multivitamin, which includes B12 (hard to find in non-fleshy foods)!. also, be sure to get your protein! You can get it from beans, nuts, tofu (awesome in soups or chow mien), and a lot more!.!.!.just check some of the foods you like to see if it gives a good amount of protein!. Good luck, and don't give into temptation! Www@FoodAQ@Com
