What are some good sources of protein that I can easily add to my daily diet?!


Question: What are some good sources of protein that I can easily add to my daily diet!?
I prefer to eat vegetarian/"flexitarian" so things like beef, pork are out of the question!. I do like some fish occasionally!. Cooking can be a problem some days, I need something quick!. Things like peanut butter, cottage cheese and beans are foods I have often!. I want some new things to try!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try quinoa (I think I spelled it right)!. It is a grain that has a lot of protein in it!. You could also try other types of cheeses, yogurt, other nut butters or just add some protein powder to yogurt or smoothies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken, fish and turkey are all high protein healthy choices!. You can buy the canned tuna and salmon if you like for quick sandwiches!. You can also add nuts and dried fruits to your diet!. Almonds are a great protein source and contain high quality protein!. Yogurt and milk both contain protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try some nuts, such as almonds and walnuts!.
You can make tofu dishes such as "fetta" "ricotta" cottage cheese"
just do a web search and you will find these recipes!.
Once you have made the above tofu recipes you can add them to spaghetti recipes, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try tofu (smoked tofu is particularly nice) for stir-fry and veggie sausages/burgers for extra protein!.!. add seeds to salads, beans, lentils!.!. best tip is to cook good stuff when you have time and freeze for quick meals during the week!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nuts, peanut butter, soybean, soy milk, lentils and spinach!. I also take Kellog's protein bar as snack it has 10 grams of protein!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
