Answers:
In the past, I have only made a vegan pumpkin pie and usually just eat off of the vegetable/fruit tray at family gatherings!. This year I plan to make a few more dishes!. I'm in the process of transitioning back into a vegan lifestyle, so if you are lacto-ovo you can substitute the vegan ingredients with dairy/eggs!.!.

One year, operating under the belief that anything tastes good in a pie crust, I took two sheets of Pillsbury dough, and filled the pie with crumbled seitan, sauteed onions, carrots, celery and peppers, mushroom gravy, stuffing and mashed potatoes!. I drizzled a little cranberry sauce on it, and called it "An entire Thanksgiving in one pie!." It was really good- even my parents and brother-in-law thought so!.

Last year I was rushed, so I bought a Tofurkey Feast!. (Roast, stuffing, gravy, dumplings, and you cook it with vegetables, so it's a one dish meal!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Last year, I made a broccoli and "cheese" casserole!. I used soy chicken and it was good!.

Since you are a vegetarian, the cream of mushroom soup and regular cheese will work just fine for you!.

If you make a casserole, you'll have plenty of leftovers just like everyone else who's eating the traditional turkey meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a turkey shaped tofu block :D No I don't know I usually just eat sweet potatoes, cranberries, (mom makes me) a baked potato, and tons of veggies!. Thanksgiving really isn't much of a holiday for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
