Answers:
A multi-vitamin is enough, along with a balanced diet, unless your doctor has advised differently!. I'm a vegetarian college student too, and sometimes it's hard to eat everything I should!. Don't worry about protein: soy products, beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and grains; will give you all you need!. I'm an ovo vegetarian so I get my B12 from eggs, you may want to consider using brewers yeast, since you don't eat eggs or dairy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have been a vegetarian sense i was a little kid, i have looked into protein supplements but it seems as if no one makes them!. They do make protein shakes you can take where you use water instead of!.

A calcium supplement would be good but before you take any ones advice id talk to your doctor at your next visit and they can offer helpful suggestions!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A multi-vitamin won't replace a healthy diet!. I'm not a vegetarian, I'm a vegan, and I have not found it necessary to have a multi-vitamin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am vegetarian and a good supplement is iron, zinc and a multi vitamin!.
