Because all they see is meat!. Healthy!? Healthy my ***!. Hey if they enjoy the high risk of colon, stomach, bladder, and prostate cancer (to name a few) associated with meat, by all means continue to eat 'healthy'!.

well theys no other palatable options, and eating meat is healthy by the way!.!.!. (yeah beleive it or not eating a little meat every day is good for you, i got alot of proof also, mostly being that im healthy and i eat meat, im male weight 140 pounds and am 5!.9, and also the fact that the us food pyramid says eating a few servings of meat is good)
but of course eating a 16 ounce steak every meal every day isnt good, just like drinking a bottle of wine every meal isnt good for you, but like wine meat is good for you in moderation
and theres other meat then just cow, theres low in fat, high in protein meat such as escargot wich is delicous and good for you
to 2 below me- so us meat eaters are uneducated about healthy eating because our eating options differ then yours!?

I believe people think it is so difficult because they have been told meat is part of a healthy diet!. I am a 23 year old male and over the course of the last six years i went from a weight lifting protein freak to a much more athletic vegetarian!. I used to force myself to eat meat and protien shakes and honestly they lowered my quality of life drastically!. I think people believe they need way more protien than they actually do!. I also feel that people need ultra sources of protien like meat becuase they cannot access the protien from normal souces of food becuase it has been cooked out!. Things like raw almond butter, raw spiniach and raw cheese all provide pleanty of protien!. However if you dont food combine properly or you eat proccesed foods your liable to have trouble getting adequate protien expecially if you lift wieghts!. The worst part about it is the more crap you eat the worse your digestive lining gets and thats when protien/nutrient absorbtion becomes and issue!. Eating meat is a trade off, you eat it and enjoy it but then u have to deal with the badhealth and the inevitable lethargy and unhappyness that comes with the stimulant rush!. I recomend trying vegitarianism for a bit in particular eating raw foods!. Life has always been good for me but even more so now becuase i can see clearly now that the meat is gone!. And if ur a must have protien freak and u want to give vegiterianism a try well consider RAW EGGS!. believe it or not they may be the healthiest food for human consumption!. However if ur gunna try them raw, get them organic free range and make sure u eat them on an empty stomach starting off with 1-3 and building up!. For me they have done wonders, im a former d1 football player and i am nearly all muscle!. Incorporating raw foods in my diet has cleared my skin and transformed my body!. The most important things in life arent good looks and a healthy body but its amazing how the really important things seem to fall into place when you get healthy!. So my advice is ditch the dead animal flesh read up on proper food combining and eat some raw fruits and veges!!!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes sufficient protein intake is difficult!. And considering the high levels of oestrogen in soy, that isn't a healthy option either!.
If you are a fussy eater, or have health issues, sufficient protein intake can be a nightmare!.

because the people who think that aren't vegetarians/vegans- therefore uneducated in the subject!. also maybe they're trying to think of an excuse to continue eating meat- it's the easier way!. but of course, just like everything else in life, the easier way is often the way that leads you to a bad result!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I don't know what's wrong with people!. It's so easy to get protein from sources besides meat!. I read the labels on the food I buy and everything that isn't made of just sugar and alcohol and fat, has protein in it, and some of it has a lot of protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
