I love - Baby Sweetcorn, mange tout, red onion and courgettes roasted in the oven with a splash of olive oil, seasoning and a couple of garlic cloves, add some halved good quality tomotoes e!.g on the vine about 15 mins before cooked then stir in some cooked pasta!. Add a cold glass of wine and garlic bread if you like, bliss!Www@FoodAQ@Com
i really love lentils!.and there super good for you too!. especially with some caroots, spices like garlic powder,cumin, salt and pepper!. over some macaroni!. especially on a cold night, its my favorite!.
or i usually just cook some rice and cut up some veggies throw em in a container, add a lil water and put em in the microwave for bout 1 minute til tender!. Or, heat up some black beans spoon over cabbage, add salt and pepper, lime juice is also good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook blackbeans with cumin and little olive oil!. Boil rice in coconut milk and make a yummy bean and rice burrito with a few slices of avocado!. Protein, omega 3 and filling, very filling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ive jsut had a yummy Spanish omelet - well my version!. Stir fry sliced leeks, sliced mushrooms and some peas - add cubes of cooked potatoes and dook till brown!. Pour in beaten eggs - top with grated cheese, under the grill till brown - yum!Www@FoodAQ@Com
