It is healthy, especially if it is derived by non-genetically modified soya!. Check the label - it should say "organic"!.
Have in mind that many people are allergic to soya - it is them who say it is unhealthy!. Otherwise, it is great!. Go on drinking it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soy in general is not healthy for either men or women - it is so full of phytoestrogens that is has caused early sexual development in infants and children!. Women can actually get breast cancer from using soy!. Men have had feminizing effects and lowered sex drive from using soy!.

Cow's milk is much better, though you should get your milk unpasturized and unhomogenized from organic, grass-fed cows!. Regular milk is indeed not very good for you either!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

of course it is especially by far more healthier than cows milk when you research the torture and hormones and antibiotics pumped into cows milk and how there are lactose people who cant take dairy products because regular milk is harsh is harsh on the digestive

I like the taste of Silk the best!. It is healthier for you and there is a lot of evidence that proves it!. For one, it has a lot of calcium in it so it is a great substitute for cows milk!. The light chocolate Silk soy milk is my favorite!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

as the other people say it is a lot healthier than drinking cow's milk but if u want other alternatives than that, there is rice milk, almond milk , and hemp milk and they are healthier for u than soy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
