Answers:
I have the same predicament!. I'm going to eat a mainly vegan diet but occasionally eat something with a small about of dairy!. I think your idea of being vegan some days and vegetarian the others is a great idea!. Being vegan is so hard!.
You're still making a big difference!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quote:

"Vegan"

From the word vegetable (n!.) + -an; coined by Donald Watson to distinguish those who abstain from all animal products (eggs, cheese, etc!.) from those who merely refuse to eat the animals!.

End Quote

Granted all diets (if you would even conceder Veganism a diet) have or require stamina to maintain the diet to lose weight of change your eating habits!.

The United States and a few other countries have become "gluttons" eating more and larger potions!. If we would simply step back and view what a "normal" intake diet would be to "survive", everyone would be allot healthier!.

Choosing your meals and diet are two different things!.!. One may not work with another!.!. You eat what you feel is necessary to help you survive on a well balanced diet!.!. However, If you have views about what it is your eating!.!. Then it is wise to see alternative foods to gain the necessary nutritional values needed everyday!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good grief!. Are you really this worried about this!? Go back to being a vegetarian!. Milk, Cheese and other dairy products are good for you!. Lots of vitamin D and vitamin B that your body is craving!. The vegan thing is a little too much!. Sorry but I think it is totally ridiculous!. I can understand being a vegetarian, but not a vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

are you a vegan by choice or cuz of religion!? k, i was a vegetarian for 2 years!. the first year, i was a full on vegan but just like you, i kinda got tired of fake animal products and stuff so i gradually creeped into being a "lacto-vegan"!. real cheese and milk, etc!. it went fine for me but if you're gonna try this out this, make sure it's GRADUAL or you'll mess up your system!. i'm currently on what i call a "feathers and fins diet"!. eating ONLY poultry and seafood!. i need to put on mass for the army!. blah!.!.!. hope this helps!. stay chill ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

don't eat under a title just eat the foods you like the taste of

by just sticking to certain types of food your not following the aspect of a balanced diet

fair eneough if its against your beliefs or religion but if it's not then just eat what you want to eatWww@FoodAQ@Com

You are the only person that has any right to decide what you do or do not eat!. If you want dairy, that's your decision!. Enjoy your food and enjoy your life, don't fret about other people's ideals!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your diet choices are -- YOUR CHOICES ! !

(you became Vegan by choice: You can become un-vegan or semi-vegan by choice)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add dairy products to your diet slowly!.
It takes a while for your body to begin processing these foods!.

Just take it slow and all should be well!.

If you don't want to be a vegan then don't be one - nobody else should have a say in this as it's your choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

do whatever you want!. its okay as long as you are happy!!! Www@FoodAQ@Com
