What are some easy healthy things you can pack in your lunch to help you loose weight?!
i am 13 and a vegetarian, what can i pack to help me loose weight!? i don't consider myself fat, just a little over weight!. (partly because i am 5'8!.) please help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

!. lowfat cheese cubes
!. lowfat/no fat jellow
!. lowfat/no fat fruit cups
!. Any fresh vegetables (broccoli/cauliflower)
!. grapes - not too many - a branch (lots of sugar, but good for you)
!. sliced Kiwi
!. Banana - just one a day
!. A snack bag with low fat granola or cereal
!. A low fat/low calorie vitamin drink (Special K has some great flavors)

Go with lots of fruits and veggies, carrots, celery, apples, etc!. You also need some protein which will help you fill full longer, so try beans or vegetarian meat products, or low or nonfat cheese, if you eat that!. Just watch your calories and get in a lot of exercise!. Keep in mind though, that if you are only 13, a lot of weight is probably just baby fat which you'll lose naturally as you get older!. And height doesn't affect whether or not you're overweight!. If you're concerned find a BMI calculator online and that will be able to better tell you if are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
