Answers:
It could be anything you could imagine!. But you can bet that it's made in the cheapest possible way to produce the most amount of profit!.

See, the rules and regulations surrounding food are all created for the food producers, not the public!. All they need to do is to not immediately kill or sicken people (killing and sickening over a long period of time is okay though) and otherwise, they can basically do whatever they want!. I used to own a bakery-cafe and read every page of the food regulations (Canadian one) and it's page after page after page of all sorts of evil stuff!. Such as red food colouring -- it's made from rust!. Rust! Yeah, real rust!. It not good for ya!. Not at all!. But, hey, they determine that a certain amount will kill or sicken a person, so as long as you keep under those limits, you're okay, go ahead and add that food colouring to your candy or whatever!. It's the same for nearly every ingredient -- they are mostly poisons on one level or another!. And, most of these do not even need to be listed in the ingredients -- only if they exceed a certain percentage of the final product -- and they do not need to be listed on the ingredients if they are part of the 'process' or part of another ingredient!. Thus, there are LOTS of hidden ingredients in nearly every food product!. Enjoy!

The word "natural" has no regulation!. Why!? Because everything is natural!. If something exists in the universe, it's natural!. If some dude in a laboratory invents some kind of evil flavour enhancer that is actually bad for one's health, it's a completely natural result of a dude in a laboratory concocting something to make a profit!. Natural!. Hitler having millions of Jewish people killed was a 'natural' result of his craziness!. Therefore, the word 'natural' is totally meaningless!. If you ever see a company using this word, they are 100% hiding something, there is no other reason to use the word Natural than to hide something, as ALL food manufacturers KNOW that the word 'natural' is meaningless and unregulated!.

Anything that comes into contact with you through the air, on your skin, or through you mouth/nose should all have ingredients on them and no hidden ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

In most cases, it is simply a trade secret!. Companies that make food products certainly don't want their competitors to know their formulas, so they are allowed to list some ingredients as natural flavors, spices etc!.!.!.

These ingredients can be both animal or plant derived!. If the source of those ingredients are a known allergen or dangerous to anyone they will also list that on the product label!. Ex!. "This product was produced in a factory that also uses nuts in the production of some of their products" or "This product contains milk"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Under the Code of Federal Regulations, "natural flavoring" is defined as: “the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional” (21CFR101!.22)!.

Any other added flavor is artificial!. MSG, by the way (monosodium glutamate) used to flavor food must be noted on the label)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lol!.!. I had emailed a company (I think it was Cambells soup if I remember) and I asked what they meant by natural flavoring!.!.!. they sent back lengthy explaination that really didnt say much!.!. the lady said it could be anything from MSG (monosodium glutamate) to preservatives, soy cause, or anything derived from a natural accuring plant or animal source that is legal to add to foods!.!.!. !.!. it basically meant a "cover-all" statement for whatever additives they throw at you!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Companies are too corrupt, they will never send you proper reply, rather put you in fix with confused and mixed response!.

Govt should implement proper labelling, if food is okay for vegetarians or not!.!.

In india there are green dots on food which is suitable for vegetarians!. In uk products are labelled suitable for vegetarians!.

But in north America still companies want to make money at the cost of sentiments of vegetarians!. Hope it changes soon!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mainly dehydrated spices and oleoresins (also fully veg extracts which are concentrated)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try contacting the companies, ask if their products are: vegan or vegetarianWww@FoodAQ@Com

It could be either depending on what flavour it is!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
