i usually make a italian pasta salad with cooked ham and cheese!.!. but here is what you can do!.
i box rotini noodles
2 cucumbers
3 jars of mushrooms
1 to 2 bottles of italian dressing(depends if you like alot or not)
italian seasoning
boil noodles in salt until done
drain
add sliced veggies
then add italian dressing

This recipe originally calls for cooked grain, but you can substitute pasta if you like:
Cranberry-Lemon Quinoa Salad
2 cups cooked and cooled quinoa (or small pasta like orzo)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup frozen peas, cooked and cooled
1/4 cup carrots, diced very small
1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds (salted or unsalted)
1/2 cup olive oil (or mild salad oil)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp cane sugar (vegan if you can find it)
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice
Combine quinoa (or pasta), cranberries, peas, carrots, and sunflower seeds in a medium sized bowl!. In another bowl or cruet, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, lemon peel, and spices!. Pour vinaigrette over quinoa and vegetables and mix until well coated!. Adjust seasoning if necessary!. Ingredients

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/3 cup rice or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon red chile flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon coarse ground coriander
2 tablespoons naturally brewed soy sauce
1/2 cup canola oil
1 pound spaghetti, cooked and refreshed
1 English cucumber, halved and 1/8-inch slices
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 bunch scallions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped roasted (salted) peanuts for garnish
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sesame oil, vinegar, chile, sugar, Dijon, coriander and soy until smooth!. Whisk in the canola oil and check for seasoning!. In a large bowl, toss dressing with the pasta, cucumbers, bell pepper and scallions!. Check for seasoning!.
PLATING: Serve in large serving bowl!. Garnish with peanuts!.
BEVERAGE: Sparkling water with fresh lime and lemon!.

The only thing I question is the pasta itself!. Normally made with eggs, perhaps there is a no yolks version in the stores you can use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
