Answers:
I am a former chef and now a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and essentially there is very little nutritional difference, a bit of fibre and taste difference, but not a lot, it is mostly water and the rest is fibre and organic ingredients, vitamins and minerals!.

I have used everyone out there and back in the 1980's worked in a place that used the first hydroponic style made, we even have a garden in the restaurant and grew our own herb that way too, and people used to deposit there watermelon seed in our planter and we got them growing too at one time!.

Find one you like but there's not going to be alot of difference, just some are milder in flavour and other less watery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The greener the lettuce the more vitamins and minerals there is in it which does make it better for you!. All lettuce is low in calories!. There is loads of water in lettuce also making it a good choice!. The round lettuce which is head lettuce is the least in vitamins and minerals but served at most places!. Think it is because it is cheapest!. I like raw spinach once in awhile for my salad since it taste better than cooked to me and is better for you than lettuce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lettuces vary in flavor and texture but are all tasty!. I mostly use iceberg and romaine, but the others are nice, too!.
To see different kinds, just go to any supermarket and look at all the varieties they have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pretty easy without pictures

The greener the lettuces the healthier!. Iceberg lettuces is the least in nutrient and calories about 25 calories a head!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
