Replace meat with other foods found in the protein group: eggs, dairy, beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and whole grains!.

BTW: carrots and potatoes are not very high in protein, so while they are good for you they are not a replacement for meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

use some hearty vegies like carrots or slices of potatoes!. trust me they are just like meat!
