I'm a new vegetarian...help!?!
Ok so I am currently fasting meat, and live in a house of meat eaters!. There's delicious steak in the fridge I am very tempted to eat!. I am hungry and can't go to the store SO
what should I eat for a small snack!?

i am vegetarian for my life now!. its so simple!. eat lots of fruits and eat food like whole meal with low gi!. this wil stay in your body and you wont feel hungry all the time!. instead of eating white bread!. eat brown bread and brown rice and more green vegetable!.

Um!. I eat lots of things!.!.!. if your family is meat eating then I have no idea what sort of food they might have in your house!.
I am a celiac, (Can't eat: wheat, oats, barley and rye) and also don't eat any cow meat, any sheep meat, or any pig meat!.
If i didn't eat chicken i would die! =P
I recommend you make something, instead of a fastish snack like straight from a wrapper, as they almost always have pig gelatin or other parts of animals!. Try to combine stuff, bread with butter and cheese or something!. Find some non meat protein and you will be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate!. Not very healthy, I know, but it can curb just about any craving, and just think about how many hormones/steroids were injected into the cow while it lived its entire life in the confines of a fence being constantly milked and was then slaughtered just so it could satisfy a few people’s bodily cravings, that's always a turn-off for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
U can try celery sticks / baby carrots!.!.!. and that makes great and healthy snack!. :)

Im a vegetarian and when i get hungry between meals i snack on sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, sultanas, dates lots of yummy stuff like that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
