What should I give my children?!
My children became vegetarians in Nov!.07
They are 11,10 and 6!.
We do not eat fish or chicken!.
We also don't drink milk or eat eggs although we do eat some things that may be made w/eggs already in them like store bought brownies or something!.
We drink soy milk and sometimes eat cheese products!.
I am looking for vitamins that the kids should be taking that are safe and good for them as well as myself!. any advice!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Apart from asking the doctor (some may not be informed), give spirulina and royal jelly, and bee pollen!. These are natural and safe!. also, give Kombucha drink, as it is rich in B complex (especially B12, lacking in vegeterian diets)!.

I'm not sure about giving your kids vitamins or if they really need them!. I have been a vegetarian from a young age too and apart from vitamin B12 I got all my daily requirement from a varied veggie diet!. Vitamin B12 can be found in Marmite or other yeast based products!. Breakfast cereals and meat substitues are fortified with vitamin B12!.

Speak to a pediatrician or a nutritionist to work out a diet that will have the nutrients that your children need to grown and thrive!. There are many foods that they should be eating that may not be necessary for you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
