In a frying pan, put some oil, a chopped onion, a few cloves of chopped garlic, and a big chunk of ginger chopped finely!. Fry for a few minutes, til the onion is soft!. Throw in some chopped vegies (brocolli, mushrooms, bok choy, whatever you like), and some chopped up tofu!. Pour over a few tablespoons of soy sauce, and a few big dollops of oyster sauce!. Stir fry til the vegies are cooked!. Add some cashew nuts at the end, and you can stir through a packet of egg/hokkien noodles (soak them first)!. Yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some friends of mine just sliced it thin and deep fried the slices to get crisp exteriors!. Served as a starter with a sweet-sour sauce made of sweet soy sauce, and chopped green chillies!.
