Anyone know any easy fast really good vegetarian recipe??? ?!
Im a kid so i don't want like cooked spinach haha but i really luv cooking and ive been a vegetarian 4 1 yr!. so im looking for a good recipe cuz i pretty much eat the same thing every night (veggie burgers!!!) thanks!!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, this certainly won't give you everything you need, but it's a nice snack, I eat it every day!. Slice up an apple and spread peanut butter on it!. If it's a green apple, the peanut butter will mask much of the sour taste, and if it's a red apple, it adds a bit of flavor to it!. I'm meticulous, so I spend ten minutes spreading the peanut butter on the slices, making sure every part of the apple is covered in a layer of peanut butter!. However, you can easily just plop a bit on the apple and spread it for a few seconds to make sure it stays on the apple!. It's light and refreshing, and it fills you up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
im a kid too but just so you know, if you dont eat spinahe be sure to take iron supplements and b12 supplements!. you can make a stir fry, with or without the tofu!.
with a tiny bit of oil fry the tofu for 5 or 6 minutes!. add onions, peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, shredded carrotts, corn, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, peanuts, cashews, broccoli, and squash!. if you dont like something then just skip it, lolz! put in soy sauce and then you can add some sauce like a stir fry sauce, sesame ginger sauce, or a terryaki sauce!. It tastes really good as long as you like veggies, lolz! also, get morning star products if you dont already, its a company of frozen veggie foods!. so pick your fav!. veggies - steam some no more than 10 min cuz they will loose alot of nutrition if steamed much longer!. then if you like tofu-take a slab of tofu lightly brown it on both sides make a tofu burger, and have a salad on the side - fruit or veggie!.

Cheese enchiladas, bean chili, meatless spaghetti, cheese ravioli, veggie and cheese omelet with toast, grilled cheese and vegetable soup!.
Just go online and find recipes, they are out there!. So many recipes can be converted to veggie ones, just by eliminating the meat!. Sometimes you can replace the meat with a favorite veggie substitute, like black bean and rice enchiladas!.

It's not really healthy but this mac and chesse recipe of mine is delicious! I get requests for it:) And it is really easy!.
Ingredients:
16 oz!. Macaroni noodles
2 cans cheese soup (I think they are 12 oz cans, I get Campbells)
1 Cup milk
16 oz!. shredded colby jack cheese
Cook macaroni for 8-9 minutes or until Al dente!.
Preheat oven to 350
Drain noodles!.
Mix in large bowl, noodles, milk, cheese soup and a quarter of the shredded cheese!.
Pour into 13 by 9 glass baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top!.

1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup diced celery (optional)
2/3 cup creamy salad dressing
2 teaspoons white sugar
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, toss together the wholesome carrots, pineapple, marshmallows, raisins and celery!.

sorry, im not a vegetarian!.!.!.for breakfast tho, i love egg white omelets!.!.!.super easy, especially if you buy those egg whites in the pour container!.!.add anything into them, this morning i had one with tomato, onion and cilantro! try buying different pastas and getting or making different sauces and add veggies to themWww@FoodAQ@Com
