Urgh!. How old is your daughter!? That makes a difference!. Under 10, just constantly expose her to the food until she gets used to it and tries it (you have to show it to her at least 10 times before she'll try it)!. 10-13 wait until she becomes dizzy and then she'll eat it!. A teenager, I'd just say just let her try to figure out what to cook!. Once she realizes that you NEED veggies, she'll start eating the veggies!.
How does your daughter feel about ethnic food!? My friend hates veggies, but she always eats them at my place!. If you go to a library or book store, there's lots of recipes!. There's a lot of veg Indian food (I'm Indian), Thai (deep fried tofu + rice + stif fried veggies w/ hot sauce = yum), Japanese (erm, only veggie rolls w/ edamame, but that's healthy, expensive and time consuming, but yummy)!. Stay away from Italian, that's mostly cheese and pasta, so it's a treat but not healthy!. There's also Ethiopian food!. The two of you can try to cook foreign food together, consider it a bonding experience!. She'll have pride in the food she makes and actually eat the veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
