Hemp protein is really healthy, fills you up, and easy to work into your diet!. You can buy it at health food stores and farmers markets!. I put 2 tablespoons into a smoothie and it fills you up FAST!. Eating meat is largely unnecessary if you have the means to avoid it, so I wouldn't go back to it just yet!. Beans, hemp, soy, anything to get you protein should do the trick!. also make sure to get lots of whole wheat bread products!.
