Question: Do you know of a protein bar that has no wheat and no nuts!?
I need something to keep in my purse, but have allergies to wheat and nuts!.

A soy based protein bar is the one that you would be looking for!. The issue would be finding a brand that doesn't have any wheat or nut traces like allot would!.

It's quite a challenging to find a protein bar that is both wheat free and nut free!.
