You arn't going to have any vitamin deficiency's!. I have been vegetarian for 10 years, i have 3 kids and they are also all vegetarians!. People often think meat is the only way to get certain vitamins and well they are out of there minds, or actually are very close minded!. You can always take a daily vitamin if you feel you are missing something!. You will feel more energetic, and your body is going to be so happy you are not stuffing it with genetic hormones and flesh!. It makes Sense why there is so much cancer in the world, it has alot to do with all the meat and dairy products that contain so much bad things!. colon cancer and clogged arteries are caused from eating a meat based diet!. Soy changes genitalia in children!? What is your source!? The dairy industry!? (Maybe if or when I have children I would give them fortified rice milk just to be on the safe side of biological and sociological issues!.)

Although I am an adult, I think that soy milk is great!. Like cows' milk, it is usually fortified with vitamin D and it is fortified with calcium (which is naturally found in cows' milk)!. Many brands also contain vitamin B12 which is rumored to be hard to find in a vegan diet!. It is great for athletes because it is much easier to digest than cows' milk, does not cause mucus build up, has little to no saturated fat and has lots of protein!. However, if one still believes that soy milk will cause them to unwittingly become a transsexual, rice or almond milk has all the benefits of soy, except they are not as high in protein!.

Over all, your stools will become larger, but they won't smell as bad!. You will have gas until your body adjusts to a diet with more fiber in it!. nutritionally, soy milk has even less nutritional value than even homogenized milk!. not sure about other soy products, but i also know that soy milk contains anywhere from 13,000 to 20,000 times higher levels of estrogen, which is fine for adults, but only give it to youngters in moderation, it has been proven to stunt growth of the penis and also misshape the vagina in young girls!. You will probably loose some weight!. If you have allergies or get sick often you will find that these aren't problems anymore!. If you have a chronically stuffed nose or congested throat and chest, these will most likely clear up!.
