Vegan Breakfast that's not too Vegan?!
Alright so my teacher says if i make it 5 days in a row on time(i skip alot) that everyone gets breakfast!.So everyone is depending on me but theres a catch!.Im a vegan!.And i'd feel like a hypocrite if i had eggs or something!.so is there a breakfast that doesn't have anything like Soy milk or Soy cheese that is still a luxury and is good!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like porridge made with water -- it's still really creamy! With hot banana and dried blueberries with cinnamon and brown sugar!. Yum! You can do it in a pan (better) or microwave!. It's actually creamier with water than it is with milk or soy - you'd be surprised!
Or, some yummy bread toasted with spinach, caramelised onion, and grilled mushrooms!.

Pumpkin Pie Toast
Ingredients
2 slices bread (I prefer whole wheat!)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
1toast the bread!.
2in a small bowl, mix together the peanutbutter and pumpkin!.
3spread mixture on toast!.
4sprinkle with pumpkin pie pice!.
5top with honey

Fruit Muffins
1 package frozen strawberries
? container fresh blueberries
2 tbsp olive oil
? cup agave nectar
3 cups Bisquick
Preheat oven to 375 degrees!. In a saucepan heat strawberries and blueberries in olive oil!. Add honey or brown rice syrup and cook until strawberries are completely thawed and a syrup begins to form in the pan!. Place Bisquick in a mixing bowl and add berry reduction!. Mix lightly until all Bisquick is moistened!. Oil muffin pan with olive oil spray!. Evenly distribute muffin mix amongst muffin cups and cook in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the tops begin to lightly brown!.

well, fruit salad is a good one! or cereal with soya milk, or maybe porridge or semolina etc!. or toast with soya apread and marmalade, jam, peanut butter etc!. if you want something a little more substantial, how about scrambled tofu on toast- just like scrambled eggs without the whole chicken part lol :-) or go for a vegan 'English Breakfast'- and you could introduce a little English culture too lo ;-) this consists of a combo of vegan sausageand/or vegan bacon, scrambled tofu, baked beans, tomatoes, grated potato browns, toast!.!.!. um think thats it! fills you up for the whole morning and the vegan version is sooooo much healthier than the gross meaty one!
i wish my teacher would have given me breakfast for being in on time!.!.!. then i wouldnt have been late every day!

I make vegan pancakes for my vegetarian bf and even my roomie who is severely against eating anything even remotely vegan likes them! Its an easy recipe too! Here's a link to it : http://allrecipes!.com/Recipe/Worlds-Best!.!.!. I've found using a little more soy milk (like one of the comments suggests) makes them better!. And for custard powder just use jello vanilla pudding mix!. I've checked the ingredients and it seems to be vegan!. If soy milk is too exspensive or too veg friendly, regular milk will work fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
