Question: Do you think i should become vegan!?
Well i'm bout to turn 13 and i am vegetarian!. I have been for about half a year now and LOVE it hehe!. I have been interested in veganism lately and wonder if i should become vegan!. I wouldn't mind doing it at all, but idk what foods i can eat!.!.!.if i have to buy organic foods anyway i can do it cheap!.!.!.good vegan recipes!.!.!.basically i'm clue less bout how veganism works (i know that i can't eat meat and any dairy or food containing it) i just don't know the details!. also, i'm afraid i won't be able to get protein!.!.!.i'm vegetarian and i have to eat lots of dairy to get prper protien as it is, so i'm afraid i won't be getting any at all with being vegan!. So can someone (preferably an experienced vegan) answer my questions!. also, are there a lot of organic products for vegans!? Please give me tips as well i really wan to know and also!.!.!.how do vegans help animals!?!? I know they do somehow lolz but i'm just not sure how!. Whether you choose to be a vegan or not, that's your choice!. I don't have much experience myself (I have mentioned before I'm not vegan but I do know some things and some of my friends are vegan)!.

Keep in mind the following things:
1!. You cannot eat, wear, or use anything with the animal ingredients listed here: http://www!.vegfamily!.com/lists/animal-in!.!.!.
Besides milk, cheese and eggs!. It's a big commitment, but label-reading is an iInevitable part of veganism!. From what I've heard, at first checking ingredients can be overwhelming, but it gets much easier as you get more experience with it!. After some time you'll be able to just glance over the ingredient label and know in no time if it's vegan or not!. Look for: milk, butter, whey, gelatin, eggs, and honey are the main ones!. (usually listed in health food in bold print)!.
