Will a vegan please make me a vegan grocery list? =]?!

Question: Will a vegan please make me a vegan grocery list!? =]!?
So I'm a vegetarian already!. I won't eat meat, fish, or eggs!.
When I say I do not eat eggs, I mean I do not have them for breakfast and such, but I bet a lot of things I eat like cakes and certain breads have eggs in them, and I still eat that!. BUT I want to stop
and go totally vegan, but I get confused on what to buy!.
No poultry, no fowl, no fish, no dairy!.
Can someone make me a list of foods I can prepare for snacks and meals!?
Thank you soo soo much! =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hope I helped and good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1!. Carton of fortified soy milk
2!. Natural peanut butter
3!. A few cans of black beans
4!. Fresh fruits and vegetables that you like
5!. Nuts like almonds,walnuts,and peanuts!
6!. Rice
7!. Vegetable,canola,or flaxseed oil
8!. Flour
9!. oatmeal
10!. Gardenburger veggie riblets(to DIE for)
11!. Cherrios or honey nut(if you eat honey)
12!. Orange Juice(not from concentrate)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Daal and rice (Daal is spiced lentils)!. Learn to make daal and you'll never worry about what to eat as a vegan again!.

Vegetables and salads (skip the dressing, drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar, toss on a bit of salt and pepper)

Homemade bean chili - just buy a bunch of cans of beans, some fresh or frozen (canned is gross) corn, green and red bell peppers, cumin, some salt, any other spices you like, a square of some vegan dark chocolate!. The cumin is the ESSENTIAL ingredient that makes it taste like chili!. Be sure you use cumin otherwise it might not be so good!. And use plenty of it! If it doesn't taste good yet add more cumin!. Great vegan chili, you can top a bowl with some fake vegan cheese or just dip with corn chips, or both!.

Soy yogurt is good, there are some good brands out these days!.

Oatmeal's also a good breakfast!. Add some maple syrup and some fruit!.

Looking over the person's list who responded after me, I would forget about any bread items from a grocery store, they almost all contain egg or dairy!. You can make your own bread easily!. And if you have a bread maker it also comes along with little effort!. Still, there are recipes on the internet for "no-knead" bread which is apparently delicious!. I'd suggest trying to make your own bread!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
