I have a lot of belly fat/boob fat!

Breakfast: 1 piece fruit (apple, banana, orange) / One cup yogurt, preferably lo-fat yogurt!. Or, instead of yogurt, try oatmeal!.
Lunch: Salad!. Hot Soup (preferably a lighter soup, not creamy) with a piece of toast!.

That's a really huge question that I think shouldn't be taken lightly!.

There's other ways to lose weight than being a vegetarian, and usually all you need is to exercise more often!. How often!? you need to start slow and easy!. Start walking for 20 min, 3 times a week!. Then move up to a light jog for 20 min 3 times a week!. The hard part will be to keep your commitment so make time in your schedule!.

As for the diet, just eat as you would normally, not more!. If you can keep this up for a couple of months, you'll likely see some results!. You'll have to work for this so don't expect it to happen overnight!. I started doing this in July this summer because I had a pot belly, and I am finally seeing some results now which keeps me motivated!. -yup,no meats esp red meats(beef,mutton,pork)
-go to the park and jog a few times a week every morning!.don't be like me a lazy bump!.
-bun and bread but not chicken bun or something like that!.if you consume milk and egg then doughnuts,cream pie,chocolate bun or even egg sandwich is ok as well!.if your college cafetaria or canteen as vegetarian corner that'll be the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not necessary to be vegetarian!. Just eat fatless meat (like chicken), exercise, and don't eat any fatty foods!.

That's all there is to it!. Vegetarianism will just make you more thin than the average person, and that's not good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat vegetarian food!.

Don't eat meat!.

Exercise at least 45 minutes 3 times a week!.
