Don't take vitamins!

Having a healthy diet is much better for you than taking vitamins!.

Iron is easy, cook in a cast iron skillet, eat lots of dark leafy greens!.

B12- the best source of vegan b12 is from nutritional yeast fortified with b12!.

If you're "vegetarian" (and thus consume dairy) then dairy would be an adequate source of b12!.

I wouldn't worry too much about b12!. It's VERY hard to become deficient, so just a little bit now and then keeps your body happy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Neither plants nor animals make vitamin B12!. Microorganisms are responsible for producing vitamin B12!. Animals get their vitamin B12 from eating foods contaminated with vitamin B12 and then the animal becomes a source of vitamin B12!. Plant foods do not contain vitamin B12 except when they are contaminated by microorganisms or have vitamin B12 added to them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
