Can i be a healthy vegan without vegetables?!
i hate tomato!. mushrooms peppers celery!. onions!. broccoli!.!.but i like potato!. my diet is like this
morning: apple!. toast w/PBJ
lunch: pear!. rice crackers!.!. salad w/ avocado dressing!.!. pineapple juice
evening: mashed potato!.!.!.vegan sausage!. then orange

Everyone should be eating vegetables, not just vegans and vegetarians!. They are so good for you, and can be very delicious :D
First of all, I would try and figure out why you don't like veggies!. Is it the way your cooking them or eating them!? Perhaps try steaming broccoli and carrots!.!.!.see if you like them more!. Try roasted potatoes and sauteed mushrooms!. If you don't like celery, try dipping it in peanut butter or vegan ranch dressing!. Carrots in vegan ranch dressing also taste very yummy :) And you can also try dipping your veggies in hummus!.!.!.yum, yum!
It's great that you like mashed potatoes and salad, at least that's a start!. Try adding other veggies to your salad instead of just lettuce and see if you like them more!. Maybe throw in some sliced carrots and cabbage!. Who knows, you may like them! If all else fails and you still don't want anything to do with vegetables, then you probably should take some sort of vitamins!. yup,it seems ok to me as well!.i don't like to eat vegetables as well!.but i'll just eat whatever that my dad/mum bought for me!.but for sure it must be vege foods!.like vegetables frried rice,vegetables rice,noddles,meehoon and cheese!.yes,i drink milk and eat cheese!.i'm just on my way to become a lacto-vegetarian!. At first I was like "not a healthy one" but you do eat a lot of fruit which is good!. so it doesn't seem too bad, especially since you say you do eat more than just thats listed!.
