Answers:
Actually, there's 20 amino acids!. Your body can synthesize almost all except for 8 of them (Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine)!. Look here for good protein sources, besides eggs and dairy: http://www!.vrg!.org/nutrition/protein!.htm

You can get these by eating a variety of these foods, combined preferably!. Soy protein is more complete, that's why it's so popular among veg*ns!. Combining these incomplete proteins will get you a more complete protein with all of the essential amino acids!.

In other words: as long as you vary your foods, you'll have no problem for proteins!. Just watch your intake of these and don't let it drop!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Plant foods
Eggs
Fish
Cooked dried beans
Dried Peas
Tomatoes!.!.!.
