Answers:
I'm assuming that this is for you!. Your protein requirement depends upon your age and your weight!. I'm also assuming that this could be because you are vegetarian or you have an amino acid imbalance problem!.

If you're a vegetarian: two shredded wheat with milk on a morning will get you your morning supply!. Yogurt once a day!. Milk in you drinks should help I think!. Soybeans are a good source of proteins, as are egg-whites, whey and non-fat milk!.

If you have an amino-acid imbalance, which can have devastating effects upon your health, it's probably been caused by aspartame (E591) which is used in diet soft drinks!. It's made up of two amino acids, tastes just like sugar and has an absolutely devastating impact upon the very finely balanced amino acid levels within your body!. just stop drinking aspartame and the problems will go away very quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
